By using nexora-living.shop, you agree to the following terms.

General – Nexora Living is established in the Netherlands and sells lifestyle and home products through its online store. All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.

Orders – After your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of irregularities.

Prices – All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Complaints – Have a complaint? Send an e-mail to Support@Nexora-Living.shop. We respond within 14 days.

Applicable law – Dutch law applies to all agreements.

Article 2 – Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements via nexora-living.shop.

Article 3 – Prices
All prices include VAT. Nexora Living reserves the right to change prices.

Article 4 – Order and payment
Orders are confirmed by e-mail. In case of non-payment, Nexora Living reserves the right to cancel the order.

Article 5 – Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Delivery times are indicative (dropshipping via CJ Dropshipping).

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Contact: Support@Nexora-Living.shop.

Article 7 – Return and refund
Outside the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a store credit voucher instead of a cash refund.

Article 8 – Warranty
In case of defect, report within 48 hours via Support@Nexora-Living.shop with photos.

Article 9 – Privacy
We process your data in accordance with our privacy policy at nexora-living.shop/policies/privacy-policy.

Article 10 – Applicable law
Dutch law is applicable. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Midden-Nederland.
